JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch in Boiling Springs, SC. You will represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech to deliver attentive service and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, tailoring product recommendations, and guiding them to digital tools while maintaining compliance and risk standards. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licenses obtained within 180 days.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust, listening to clients’ concerns.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
