Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a personable Client Advisor who will also perform Teller duties in the branch. You will build relationships, uncover financial needs, and present Seacoast Bank products and services. Expect to handle cash, accounts, and everyday banking transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

You will support sales goals, comply with AML/BSA procedures, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and teamwork are required, with flexibility for weekends.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
  • Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
  • PC proficiency with common devices and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers and identify financial needs.
  • Explain Seacoast Bank products and services and close sales.
  • Open and process accounts and handle cash and transactions.
  • Ensure AML/BSA compliance and risk controls are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support branch operations.
