Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years banking center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to accomplish many tasks efficiently.
• Professional experience anticipating customer concerns and improving procedures.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deepen customer relationships through relationship management and accurate banking transactions.
• Uncover customer needs and refer solutions within the bank.
• Proactive outreach aligned to a high-touch engagement model.
• Proactive phone calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop understanding of consumer and small business solutions to answer prospects' questions.
• Handle all banking transactions, teller activity, and client requests with excellent service.
• Open accounts for walk-ins and coordinate account documentation to ensure compliance.
• Assist in community events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunities.
• Assist management with operational duties.
• Adhere to Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
