Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to establish and deepen relationships while performing banking transactions. You will identify customer needs and refer to the right solutions, plus proactively reach out to clients.

Open accounts for walk-ins, handle teller duties such as deposits and transfers, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking center experience including customer service and cash handling.
• Knowledge of banking products and services (deposits, lending, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship strategies and processing banking transactions.
• Uncover needs of new and existing customers and refer to suitable solutions and experts.
• Proactive outreach aligned to a high-touch engagement model.
• Answer questions and open accounts for walk-ins; ensure legal documentation compliance.
• Handle teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, wires, and other requests with excellent service.
• Assist in community events to raise bank awareness and opportunities.
