Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years banking center experience.
• Knowledge of deposits, lending and financial services.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient PC/Internet skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing transactions.
• Uncover needs of customers and refer them to appropriate solutions and experts.
• Proactive outreach aligned to high-touch engagement model.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand consumer and small business solutions to answer questions.
• Handle all banking transactions and teller activity with exceptional service.
• Open accounts for walk-ins and ensure compliant documentation.
• Participate in community events to increase bank outreach.
• Assist management with operational duties and responsibilities.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
