Job summary

Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions and seamless service.

You will work to understand clients' financial needs, educate them on products, and connect them with specialists for complex requirements, while complying with banking regulations and internal risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain compliance.
• Familiarity with risk parameters and training requirements.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; NMLS/SAFE Act may apply.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming, attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Explain technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to clients.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
