Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients and understand policies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients by engaging with them.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides exceptional client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Opens new accounts, completes service requests, and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Uses available resources to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
