Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting face to face and advising on banking needs.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and guide customers through digital products and services, while maintaining knowledge of retail banking offerings and compliance requirements. The role emphasizes customer service, proactive outreach, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
