Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions across our banking centers in Minnesota.

You will focus on understanding client needs, guiding them to the full range of Old National’s products and services, and driving client growth through proactive outreach and consistent service execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales or client-facing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
