Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone to tailor product benefits
• Ability to resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance
• High School diploma or foreign equivalent; licenses or registrations required per policy
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
