Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or be registerable within 30 days required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and identify customer needs.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers, and resolve concerns per policy.
• Open and service deposits; assist with day-to-day banking and risk management.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote digital services and delivery options.
• Participate in branch promotions and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
