Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the Retail Sales Playbook.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with centralized underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle deposits, questions, and issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and promote digital self-service options.
• Support branch promotions and marketing initiatives and adhere to policies and controls.
