U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at multiple levels to build and deepen client relationships, assess banking needs, and process basic transactions. The role involves opening consumer and business accounts, guiding customers through digital products, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver excellent service.

The position requires NMLS registration and a background/credit check as part of the SAFÉ Act compliance. Salary is role-level dependent and aligned with local market ranges.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
