Job summary

Bank of America is hiring to engage lobby clients, educate on self-service banking options (mobile/online/ATM), and efficiently process cash transactions. You will conduct deep conversations to understand client priorities and connect them with tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities include managing center traffic, extending outreach, and upholding regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional client experience. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
