Job Description:

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources like mobile and online banking or ATMs. Key duties include processing cash transactions accurately and developing deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  2. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  3. Follow established processes and legal guidelines in daily activities.
  4. Expand business knowledge by collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  5. Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  6. Enhance the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
  • Effective collaborator, capable of building strong relationships.
  • Passionate about improving clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions and educating clients on banking transactions.
  • Adaptable to new information and technology platforms.

  • Bilingual Spanish Required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and industry knowledge.
  • One year of successful sales experience with sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree in business or finance.
