Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service tools like mobile and online banking, ATMs.
• Accurately process cash transactions and conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and connect them to appropriate solutions.
• Follow established processes, adhere to laws and regulations, and manage cash responsibilities effectively.
• Collaborate with specialists in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge.
• Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications
