Qualifications

• Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming inquiries or proactively makes outreach calls to existing and potential customers to meet their needs by building relationships and making product recommendations
• Educates customers on advantages and disadvantages of different product options (loans, checking, savings, CDs, credit cards)
• Develops customer profiles for specialized products and routes to product line support for follow-up
• Provides customer service addressing application status, account questions, and resolves problems and processing errors
• Interfaces with internal support staff and ensures referrals are answered promptly
