Job summary

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker to enhance our members' financial well-being by delivering exceptional service and guiding them through product options. You will handle cash, balance the drawer, and process documentation with accuracy.

The role requires 2–3 years in teller/new accounts/lending, strong communication, and knowledge of banking regulations. Shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM weekdays and 8:00 AM–1:30 PM Saturdays, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy in transactions.
• Proficient with computers, internet and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and explain MIDFLORIDA products and services.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and Safe Act/MLO eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Improve members' financial well-being by recommending MIDFLORIDA products.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch balancing.
• Complete signature cards, loans, IRAs, and other documentation accurately.
• Demonstrate professional appearance and integrity in all interactions.
• Enroll members in self-service options and provide excellent service.
