Job summary

MIDFLORIDA is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to treasury members and internal teams, handling inquiries via phone, email and Jira tickets, and supporting implementation, training, and sales.

You will track, report, and audit duties to meet compliance, expand knowledge of products and policies, and collaborate with departments to provide solutions with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• DNA and Nautilus knowledge.
• General knowledge of consumer and business products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and operational support to treasury members and stakeholders via phone, email and Jira tickets.
• Track, report, and audit support duties to ensure audit and compliance needs are fulfilled.
• Provide general implementation, training, and sales support to treasury sales team.
• Seek opportunities to strengthen knowledge of products, policies, and regulations to support Treasury and Business Banking.
• Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed.
