Job summary

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a skilled Business Systems Developer in Florida to design and implement web-based solutions using .NET technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that improves member and employee experience.

You will work with frontend and backend layers, learn new technologies, and participate in code reviews to ensure security and quality. A Monday–Friday schedule and a strong attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• A passion for creating amazing applications and user experiences.
• An Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a full stack developer utilizing .NET Technologies.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API, REST API and c# a plus.
• Able to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work Monday through Friday in 8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Implement business technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance member and employee experience.
• Develop web based solutions using Intranet development platforms.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, communicate project status, and support user acceptance testing.
• Help ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
• Utilize .NET programming languages to build front-end user experiences and backend solutions following requirements specified by stakeholders.
• Learn and implement new technologies that benefit MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members.
• Effectively manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on time.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure the highest code quality and security.
• Work with other departments and individuals to ensure requirements are identified and met to deliver high-quality solutions to our membership.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with all departments, vendors, and internal teams while promoting collaboration and service excellence.
• Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
