Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self‑service options to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience.
