Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service experience.
• High School/GED with 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new commercial banking clients and coordinating with Relationship Manager and Product Advisor to assess needs.
• Service inquiries: acknowledge, resolve, or transition to appropriate teams with client informed.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation and Know Your Customer requirements; support fraud prevention discussions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager and Product Advisor to stay aligned with client strategy and opportunities.
