Job summary

First Citizens Innovation Banking in Charlotte is seeking a client onboarding and servicing professional for a hybrid role that blends in-office and remote work. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Advisors to understand clients’ goals and set up deposit and cash management services.

You’ll manage onboarding, perform KYC, assess risk, and resolve complex inquiries while building strong client relationships across innovative sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services or customer service.
• Alternative: High School/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients with Relationship Manager and Product Advisor.
• Resolve inbound service inquiries and coordinate with support teams to resolution.
• Advise on risk and KYC/AML requirements and fraud controls.
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive reviews and upsell opportunities.
