Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• At least two years of post-master’s outpatient psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• Formal training in child, couples, family therapy or relational psychotherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers.
• Participate in a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Other duties as assigned within a collaborative, clinician-led system.

Education

Master’s or Doctoral degree in mental health

Minnesota licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LPCC)

2+ years post‑master’s outpatient experience

Systemic/relational/developmental approach

Training in child/couples/family therapy (preferred)
