The Lorenz Clinic, LLC in Minnesota seeks licensed psychotherapists for full-time roles focused on family psychology. Practice centers on relational depth, reflective supervision, and clinically rigorous care within a clinician-led, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC in Minnesota; pre-licensed paths exist.
• Evidence of systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives in practice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular supervision, Grand Rounds, and reflective practice with peers.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and meaningful clinical documentation.
• Participate in a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
