We hire full-time licensed therapists who work in depth with clients across the lifespan and emphasize relational depth, clinical maturity, and rigorous training.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• Pre-licensed therapists (e.g., LGSWs or LAMFTs) should consider Lorenz’s Post‑Master’s Fellowships unless licensure is imminent within four months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within your clinical areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers.
• Participate in a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Other duties as assigned within a collaborative, clinician-led system.
