Lorenz Clinic is a clinician-led family psychology institute in Minnesota seeking licensed psychotherapists to provide diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, and treatment planning across diverse ages. Emphasis on relational depth, reflective practice, and ongoing supervision within a supportive, mission-driven community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession.
• Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC).
• At least two years of post-master’s experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental perspectives.
• Two years of clinical supervision experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment within areas of competence.
• Develop treatment approaches reflecting relational, cultural, and developmental understanding.
• Engage in regular consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision.
• Contribute to a learning-focused, feedback-rich clinical community.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation.
• Uphold Lorenz’s commitment to integrity, humility, and systems-based care.
• Perform other duties within a collaborative, clinician-led system.
