Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a junior or senior at an undergraduate college or university; May 2027 graduates are not eligible.
• Major in Risk Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Rate Study – analyzes and evaluates a company; presents the analysis to the company.
• Learns and assists in the Underwriting process for direct and broker accounts.
• Work with financials and annual statements.
• Communicates with clients.
• Assists with any ongoing team projects.
• Works on other projects as delegated by manager/mentor.
• Participates in internal meetings to share and develop strategy and knowledge.
• Attends a broker visit.
