Job summary
DXC Technology is seeking a Reinsurance Implementation Technical Architect in Charleston, SC to define and lead the technical architecture for complex reinsurance software implementations and migrations.
You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs, provide technical leadership across the implementation lifecycle, and collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise delivery.
- 5+ years as Technical Architect or lead on complex implementations.
- Experience delivering insurance or reinsurance software projects.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, and SDLC.
- Experience with APIs, web services, data integration, and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Define target technical architecture for reinsurance projects.
- Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with security and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Define integration patterns and data migration strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders.
