Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience in reinsurance with significant exposure to Risk Management.
• Comprehensive experience in governance for 2nd line control function.
• Extensive knowledge of operational and financial risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the risk management frameworks for North American Reinsurance Legal Entities.
• Manage risk review of large transactions and underwriting growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to identify and assess risks related to business growth.
