Intuitive is seeking a Principal, US Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy, an individual contributor focused on pre-launch strategy for US market access. Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the US reimbursement environment: CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding at coder level.
• Certified coder or equivalent coding credentials.
• Health economics and evidence generation experience (HEOR).
• Ability to present to senior management and executives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, HEOR, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the US reimbursement strategy for Future Forward growth platforms through launch readiness.
• Conduct detailed analyses of CPT, HCPCS Level II, and ICD-10-CM/PCS code applicability and defend rationale.
• Track CMS rule-making cycles (OPPS, MPFS, IPPS) and translate implications for reimbursement.
• Lead development of NTAP, TPT, and NT-APC applications and compare payment scenarios.
• Build payer landscape assessments and design early payer engagement activities.
