Job summary

MCRA, part of IQVIA MedTech, is seeking a Research Associate to support reimbursement and market access consulting across medical technologies. The role is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, with opportunities to contribute to policy, coding, and payer research while collaborating with experienced consultants.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, quantitative, and writing skills, plus a background in health economics, public health, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, epidemiology, economics, life sciences, or related discipline.
• Graduate coursework or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Perform literature searches, evidence landscape reviews, and evidence-gap assessments.
• Support market opportunity assessments by evaluating clinical, economic, reimbursement, and adoption drivers.
• Identify data sources and real-world evidence for client questions.
• Assist with health economics analyses under guidance of a project lead.
• Support publication planning, value tools, and payer materials.
