Job summary

Valeris is a comprehensive life sciences partner focused on patient access and affordability. We are seeking a Reimbursement Case Manager to handle inbound/outbound calls, coordinate patient support, and liaise with payers, providers and internal teams to ensure access to therapies.

You will verify benefits, assist with enrollment, and manage cases within established SOPs, while maintaining privacy and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of call center or customer service experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers and providers.
• Coordinate resources and monitor patient needs through the Patient Support Program.
• Advocate for patients regarding eligibility, enrollment and affordability.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients and providers.
• Document case status and maintain notes in the case management system.
