Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Reimbursement Case Manager to deliver inbound and outbound patient support by coordinating benefits, enrollment, and access to therapies through the Patient Support Program. You will work with patients, caregivers, and providers to ensure timely reimbursement and program satisfaction.

You will verify insurance coverage, communicate with payers, and assist in navigating complex healthcare billing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or a minimum of 4 years of call center or customer service experience with progressive levels of responsibility within a service driven environment

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound phone support to patients, caregivers, and providers
• Coordinate resources and information to facilitate a patient’s journey through the Patient Support Program
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with enrollment, eligibility, and access to therapies
• Maintain records and communicate patient status and program effectiveness to internal stakeholders
• Follow program SOPs, SOPs and Call Guides to handle cases and escalate when needed
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and compliance in all patient interactions
