Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2+ years of recent case management experience.
• 2+ years in a pharmacy, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to independently manage caseload, prioritize work, and meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients and patients; address inquiries and escalations.
• Communicate status, required documentation, and next steps in the access process.
• Handle inbound calls and ensure timely responses with first-call resolution when possible.
• Coordinate support across functions including PA and appeals processes.
• Document all interactions clearly according to SOPs.
• Conduct welcome calls and maintain regular outreach to providers and patients.
• Support referral processing, triage, and shipment setups; ensure compliance.
• Maintain privacy and comply with patient information regulations.
