Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a Reimbursement Analyst for hybrid work at our Woodland Prime 400 facility. You will analyze reimbursement and net revenue to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

This role prepares reserve calculations, settlement estimates, account reconciliations, and reimbursement analyses while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits. The incumbent will be the primary contact with third parties for government reimbursement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or accountant.
• Health-care reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Strong computer, communication and analytical skills.

Job Summary

The Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for analyzing reimbursement and net revenue activity to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective reimbursement management. This role prepares reserve calculations, settlement estimates, account reconciliations, and reimbursement analyses while participating in budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. The analyst is the primary contact to work with third parties on identifying government related reimbursement opportunities and preparing the annual filing requirements on state and federal reports (Medicare/Medicaid cost reports).

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years experience as a financial analyst or accountant required.
• EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: General or reimbursement health care experience a plus.
• EDUCATION REQUIRED: BBA degree in Accounting, Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics required.
• EDUCATION PREFERRED: None.
• TRAINING REQUIRED: Strong computer, communication and analytical skills.
• TRAINING PREFERRED: Intermediate Excel - Vlookups and pivots.
• SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to interact confidently with all levels of management.
• SPECIAL SKILLS PREFERRED: None.
• LICENSURE REQUIRED: None.
• LICENSURE PREFERRED: CPA.
