Job summary

Gillette Children’s Rehabilitation Therapies Support Staff is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) role based at the St. Paul Hospital Campus – 200 University Avenue East, St. Paul, MN 55101.

The position reports to the Rehabilitation Therapies team and supports inpatient and outpatient therapists in daily operations. The role involves transporting patients, maintaining the environment of care, assisting therapists, stocking supplies, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• AHA BLS for HealthCare workers or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and assist therapists and administrative staff.
• Clean, stock, and check the crash cart and therapy areas.
• Order supplies and maintain environment of care in rehabilitation areas.
• Provide administrative support and assist with patient record processes.
