Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks a rehab-support team member to assist therapists in a 772-bed hospital serving North Florida and South Georgia.

You will work under supervision to provide patient care within rehabilitation programs, aligned with TMH’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. The position reports to the Clinical Coordinator and collaborates with therapy staff.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience or enrollment in a rehabilitation program.
• 2 years’ experience with patient care in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks under the direction and immediate supervision of the Team Leader, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Required Experience:

• 1-year related experience or graduate of or enrollment in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or related healthcare focused program.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years’ experience with patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
