Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician for the Oak Lawn location. This part-time role (20 hours/week) supports physical/occupational therapy teams, with afternoon and weekend hours and travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities include patient care under PT/OT supervision, equipment setup, execution of modalities, and front-end duties like check-in and scheduling. CPR certification and a high school diploma are required.

• CPR certification is required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, support, and guidance under supervision.
• Assist with setting up and adjusting exercise equipment and modalities.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Communicate with PT/OT providers about patient progress.
• Handle front-end tasks including check-in, billing, and scheduling.
