Duly Health and Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician in Naperville to support physical/occupational therapy services. This part-time role involves patient care, equipment setup, and assisting with modalities under PT/OT supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, guiding patients through exercises, front-end tasks, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure timely care in a community-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology.
• Understand principles and precautions in therapy modalities.
• Identify proper patient setup on each piece of equipment.
• Identify planes of movement and demonstrate proper exercise positioning.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient care, support, and guidance.
• Execute plans of care under PT/OT guidance.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment properly.
• Assist with delivery of modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs).
• Use demonstrations and cueing to ensure patient understanding of exercises.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT provider.
