Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician for Plainfield Physical/Occupational Therapy. You will support patient care, set up equipment, and assist with modalities under PT/OT guidance.

Schedule is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with evenings until 7:00 pm and occasional Saturday coverage; travel to other sites is required for coverage needs.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understanding of therapy modalities and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Assist with modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold packs).
• Demonstrate and cue exercises for patient understanding.
• Monitor safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Coordinate with PT/OT providers on patient progress.
• Manage clinic flow and keep appointments on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and equipment.
• Order supplies under supervision.
• Handle front-end tasks: check-in, co-pays, scheduling.
