Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician to support physical/occupational therapy services. The role offers 24 hours per week, with hours Mon-Fri between 8:30am and 7:00pm, and requires occasional travel to other sites for coverage.

Under supervision of the Clinic Director, you'll assist with patient care, setup equipment, deliver modalities, manage front-end tasks, and help maintain clinic flow.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required (through Duly Health and Care).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles and precautions for therapy modalities.
• Identify proper patient setup and equipment adjustments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
• Set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Assist with modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs).
• Demonstrate exercises and cue patients to ensure understanding.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT providers.
• Schedule management and front-end tasks (check-in, payments, calls).
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and order supplies.
• Coordinate with referral teams regarding insurance benefits.
