Duly Health and Care in Burr Ridge is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support physical and occupational therapy services. You will work under PT/OT supervision, assisting with equipment setup, modalities, and patient instruction to ensure safe, effective therapy sessions.

The role requires CPR certification, a High School Diploma, and strong attention to detail. Expect travel to other sites for coverage and a schedule Monday–Friday with some evenings.

Qualificações

• CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care).
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand principles, and precautions in therapy modalities.
• Identify proper patient set-up and equipment adjustments.
• Demonstrate correct exercise positioning and planes of movement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under PT/OT supervision.
• Set up and adjust therapy equipment.
• Deliver modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold packs).
• Use instruction and cueing to ensure exercise understanding.
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise.
• Coordinate with PT/OT providers on patient progress.
• Support clinic flow and manage patient arrivals and delays.
• Perform front-end tasks: check-in, co-pays, phones, scheduling.
