Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support the rehab team and help patients reach therapy goals. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6–12 months in rehabilitation setting recommended; on‑the‑job training after orientation.
• Certifications: CPR certification (as required).

Responsibilities

• Follow patient care tasks as directed by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities.
• Communicate clearly (verbal and written) with rehabilitation team.
• Observe patient reactions to treatment and follow instructions.
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs; use proper body mechanics.
