We are seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our team of top-notch professionals in our Rehab department.

Wage: $13.00-$15.00 per hour

This position is 40 hours a week with flexible hours. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The role is located at our WOODFOREST OFFICE (750 FISH CREEK THOROUGHFARE MONTGOMERY, TX 77316).

Job Summary

Assists licensed Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) in patient care and clinical activities, including routine therapeutic treatments by physical or mechanical methods.

Essential Duties

• Prepare patient charts for daily activities
• Clean, organize, and disinfect treatment areas and equipment
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses during treatment and report findings
• Collaborate with therapy staff on patient treatment plans
• Perform open and close duties as scheduled
• Assist with paperwork, insurance verification, and physician order tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors in a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
• 120+ hours of land-based and/or aquatic therapy experience (preferred)
• Excellent patient service skills
• Ability to uphold a positive facility image with patients, staff, and insurance companies
