Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital, Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician for inpatient rehabilitation. Location: 4313 S Pleasant Crossing Blvd., Rogers, AR 72758. Schedule: PRN, weekends.

Join our team to deliver exceptional patient care and support the therapy department in a hospital setting. The role involves transporting and assisting with treatments, preparing treatment areas, maintaining equipment and inventory, and handling routine clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BCLS Certification.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute or long-term facility setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital.
• Preparespatients for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment.
• Prepares, cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment.
• Procures and keeps an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies.
• Performs routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.
• Other duties as assigned.

How you’ll contribute
