Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with diverse physical conditions and developing personalized plans to restore function.

You will provide hands-on therapy, educate patients and families, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure smooth discharge planning and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, active PT license.
• CPR certification.
• Rehab experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional ability.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term wellness.
• Document progress clearly and accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support coordinated care and discharge planning.
• Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed.

How you'll contribute
