Job summary

Join Duly Health and Care as a Rehabilitation Technician supporting PT/OT providers across multiple clinics. You will assist with care plans, set up equipment, and help deliver modalities while ensuring patient safety and clear instruction.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication as you coordinate front-desk tasks and clinic operations to keep patients on schedule and comfortable. Travel to other sites is expected.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations
• Understand principles and contraindications in the use of therapy modalities
• Can identify proper patient setup on each piece of equipment and adjust
• Identify planes of movement and demonstrate proper exercise positioning
• Team-oriented
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem solving, lateral thinking and reasoning skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Patient care, support, and guidance
• Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers
• Proper set up and adjustment of exercise equipment
• Assist with set up and delivery of modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs)
• Demonstrate and cue exercises to ensure patient understanding
• Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity
• Discuss patient performance with PT/OT provider
• Clinic flow: monitor patient arrivals to department
• Start patients on time for scheduled appointments and keep patients apprised of delays
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and equipment
• Order supplies to keep clinic stocked under manager direction
• Front-end tasks: check-in, co-pay collections, scheduling
• Communicate with PT/OT and Chiropractic teams regarding insurance benefits
• Schedule management for clinicians
