Job summary

Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Rehabilitation Tech to join our inpatient rehab team on the Hartford campus. The role supports therapists with direct patient care and coordinates non-clinical duties to keep the rehab unit running smoothly.

You will assist with routine exercises, help maintain gym space, and provide front desk support while communicating with other departments, patients, and families to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with general knowledge of sciences, medical terminology.
• Prior healthcare or patient service preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assisting for routine exercises and activities.
• Cleaning the gym.
• General clerical and front desk support.
• Communicates with ancillary departments, clients and family members to ensure customer satisfaction.
