Job summary

Kardow is seeking a non-clinical support helper to assist rehabilitation services, including equipment management and patient transport, under supervision. You will coordinate with therapy staff and help ensure timely documentation and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
• Strong attention to safety and infection control protocols.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, therapists, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments as directed.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following protocols.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by therapists.
• Complete and submit logs and forms as instructed by supervisor.
• Support rehab services and participate in team meetings and training.
